Insurance & Fees
In network with Medicare
Medicare and some traditional insurances such as Aetna cover in-person, telehealth, and in-home counseling visits.
Medicare will be billed directly and there is usually no out of pocket cost for you. If you have a Medicare Advantage Plan you may have a copay or coinsurance.
I am out of network with most other insurances and can provide you with a Superbill for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. Please contact me for more information.
Case management services will be billed directly to you and is not covered under traditional insurance policies
Registered Out of State Telehealth Provider

No Suprises Act
NEW JERSEY Law: No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 – effective January 1, 2022)
On January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act (NSA) went into effect as part of the “Consolidated Appropriations Act” of 2021. This law was designed to protect patients against unexpected bills. The law requires healthcare providers to provide good-faith cost estimates to uninsured and self-pay patients before services are rendered. More information can be found by clicking this link:
